It supports screen sharing with up to four smart devices simultaneously within a 20 meter range. This allows a group to observe the same target together in real time without needing to pass the monocular around.

How long does the battery last, and can I swap it in the field?

The unit is designed with field longevity in mind and features a replaceable battery system. It comes supplied with two rechargeable lithium batteries. Each individual battery provides up to 6 hours of continuous use, giving you a combined total of up to 12 hours of operation before needing a main power source.

Can I record audio alongside video footage?

What is the difference between the Arc A625 and the Arc A613?

While both models utilize the same high resolution thermal sensor and internal software, the primary difference lies in the objective lens size. The A625 features a larger 25mm lens, which gives you a tighter field of view but vastly superior magnification and long-range detection (up to 1300 meters). The A613 uses a 13mm lens, making it better for scanning wider areas up close, such as during bat surveys.

Does it have an automatic way to track moving heat sources?

Yes, the monocular features a "Hot Spot Trace" (or Hotspot Tracking) mode. When activated, the software automatically detects the highest temperature signature within your field of view and places a cursor over it. This makes it incredibly easy to quickly locate and track wildlife or targets moving through thick brush or open terrain.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.
