Our trade-in and part exchange scheme is open to all Obsidian members, but once you reach Silver we’ll add an additional percentage on top of what we originally offer you! From 2.5% for Silver tier members up to 7.5% for Titanium tier members! So if we offer you £1,000 for your item and you’re a Titanium member, that £1,000 will get boosted up to £1,075!

Open to Gold and Titanium users. When your in-warranty item develops a fault and needs to be replaced, there can be a wait as these units get sent back to the manufacturer and a replacement sent out. Under the Bulletproof Retail Warranty, this wait is removed. If your in-warranty unit becomes faulty, send it back and we’ll immediately send out a brand new replacement. If we don’t have that particular item in stock or it’s been discontinued we’ll arrange with you the most suitable alternative.
