Managing Director
"I joined the business when I was 19, so just over 13 years ago now. My focus was always to drive the business to become the leading retailer of premium rifle scopes, thermal imagers, and night vision within the UK, and ensure we provided the best advice available on the market, as well as customer service that was unbeatable."
My passions are surfing, calisthenics, weightlifting, Thai boxing, CrossFit, and anything that breaks a sweat. When it comes to shooting, I love long range target shooting and deer stalking.
Rudy
Honorary CEO
A four legged dynamo with a nose for adventure and an unstoppable love for sausages and chicken. Performing daring leaps for a taste of his favourite treats, doing zoomies around the car park at lightning speed; Rudy’s boundless energy and enthusiasm make him the life of the party, and a true connoisseur of anything delicious. (Not a great shot.)
Lloyd & Tess
Management Team
Lloyd is the assistant director and is Shaun’s wingman, overseeing the day to day running of OPW. Lloyd has been in and around the shooting community since his early teenage years, shooting clays competitively for Team GB as a junior. Lloyd is also a rifle owner, and when time permits he enjoys going deer stalking.
Tess rules the roost, ensuring that everyone is happy and productive, bringing life and connection between teams, she wears so many hats that we do not really have an appropriate job title.
Lisa
External General Manager
Lisa has been a dedicated member of the Optics Warehouse team for over 16 years, bringing extensive experience and passion to her role. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by walking her dogs and exploring local wildlife, especially with the help of our thermal equipment.

Sophie
Operations Support
Sophie handles a variety of tasks within the sales team, ensuring smooth day to day operation and ensuring that colleagues and customers are happy. Her weekends consist of lots of walks on Dartmoor and chasing around after a toddler.
Thomas
Sales and Support
World Champion HFT and multiple wins as British champion, Tom is now dedicated to helping customers find the perfect optics, offering expert advice and guiding them through our Trade In scheme. Outside of work, Tom’s passion for shooting takes him to the range whenever he can find the time.
George
Sales and Support
George brings over a decade of shooting experience, covering everything from air rifles to full bore firearms, with specialisations in hunting, pest control, and target shooting. His extensive knowledge and hands on experience make him a trusted advisor, whether customers need recreational or specialised equipment.
Adrian
Sales and Support
Adrian began shooting air rifles in 2015 and quickly advanced to Field Target competitions, including World and European Championships. His current setups feature an Air Arms FTP 900 and XTI 50 for FT, and an Air Arms Pro Target for HFT. Since joining Optics Warehouse in 2017, he has broadened his expertise across calibres and enjoys vermin control and airsoft.
Nathan
Sales and Support
Joining the team all the way from Australia, Nathan has brought with him a wealth of knowledge in firearms and shooting from the other side of the planet. Shooting since the age of 5, Nathan's 20 years of experience in LRT and pest hunting makes him a valuable resource for colleagues and customers.
