Technical Advisor

Advise colleagues and customers on shooting-related and optics products across our range of brands.

The role

  • Answer customer queries and help select the right kit for their needs
  • Assist colleagues with product listings, reviews and blog production
  • Help optimise our product catalogue and advise on improvements
  • Help build the business and it's incorporated brands alongside a collaborative team

About you

  • Knowledgable about shooting related products: optics, air rifles, binoculars etc.
  • Friendly and helpful - keen to educate and inform, comfortable on the phone
  • Able to attend work in-office, 9 to 5 at OPW HQ in Devon
  • Full UK right to work
