NocPix LUMI L35 Handheld Thermal Monocular - 35mm 12um 384x288 <18mK NETD
I like the Lumi L35 for its increased detection range and improved image detail. The 35mm lens paired with the 384×288 sensor allows for confident spotting at longer distances, and the excellent 18mK NETD sensitivity means heat signatures stand out clearly, even in poor weather or cluttered environments. - George
Its compact and lightweight design makes the LUMI L35 highly portable, perfect for users needing mobility without compromising performance. Designed for multiple applications, the LUMI L35 is ideal for hunting, observation, security, terrain navigation, and search and rescue operations.

How compact and portable is the Nocpix Lumi L35?
The Lumi L35 is designed specifically for hunters and wildlife observers on the go. It features an ultra compact, pocket sized design that is actually smaller than most cellphones. Weighing only around 335g, it easily fits into the palm of your hand, a jacket pocket, or a small pouch, making it effortless to carry on long treks.
How does the battery replacement work in total darkness?
The monocular is powered by a standard, widely available 18650 rechargeable battery. To make nighttime swaps completely hassle free, it is equipped with a reverse polarity function. This means you can insert the battery in either direction (positive or negative end first) and it will function perfectly, removing the stress of trying to see battery markings in pitch black conditions.
Can I use the device for long periods without straining my eyes?
Yes. To combat the common issue of "thermal eyes" (eye fatigue caused by staring at bright screens in the dark), the Lumi L35 comes with specialized red and green color palettes alongside standard viewing modes. These specific hues are significantly softer on the eyes, allowing for comfortable, prolonged tracking throughout the night.
Will using the control buttons spook wildlife?
No. The Lumi L35 is engineered with ultimate silent operation buttons. When you are clicking through the menu, adjusting settings, or zooming in on a target, the buttons operate without making any tactile clicking noises that could startle nearby game or wildlife.
Does the Lumi L35 record audio as well as video?
Yes, unlike many traditional thermal monoculars that only record silent footage, the Lumi L35 includes a built in microphone. It captures high quality video and full audio directly to its 32GB of internal storage. You can easily view, manage, and share your recorded clips wirelessly via the Nocpix companion mobile app.
How does the lens design improve visibility in harsh weather like rain or fog?
The Lumi L35 utilizes an advanced F0.9 large aperture lens. This specialized design allows the sensor to capture roughly 20% more thermal radiation compared to a standard F1.0 lens. This extra light transmission ensures you get a significantly brighter, higher-contrast image, even when cutting through severe environmental clutter, fog, or heavy downpours.
Is the image steady if I am tracking a target while walking?
Yes, the device features built in Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). This software intelligently minimizes motion blur and counteracts natural hand tremors or movement while you walk, giving you a remarkably smooth, stable view when scanning large fields or tracking moving targets.
