How does the NocPix ACE L35 perform in heavy rain, thick fog, or dense brush?

Because the ACE L35 relies entirely on infrared thermal imaging rather than ambient light, it performs exceptionally well in poor weather. The built-in Reality+ image processing algorithm actively filters out environmental temperature noise. This allows you to clearly detect targets and cut through obstructions like thick fog, heavy rain, snow, and dense foliage or branches where traditional night vision or standard optics would fail.

What is the benefit of the "Ocular Zoom" feature on this scope?

Unlike traditional electronic digital zoom (e-zoom) which stretches pixels and causes the image to look blurry or pixelated when you zoom in, the ACE series uses a Vision+ system with unique ocular zoom. This provides direct optical magnification adjustment at the eye end, allowing you to get a much closer, highly detailed view of your target while maintaining excellent resolution and a wide, distortion free field of view.

How does the dual power supply system work?

To prevent you from running out of power mid-hunt, the ACE L35 utilizes a continuous dual battery system. It has an internal 4000mAh rechargeable battery as its primary foundation, combined with a compartment for a standard, replaceable 18650 battery. The scope will seamlessly draw power from both sources to maximize field time, and you can swap out the external 18650 battery without having to turn the device off. It can also be powered or charged on the go via a USB Type-C port.

How does the Recoil Activated Video (RAV) function work?

You don't have to worry about forgetting to hit the record button right before taking a shot. When the Recoil Activated Video feature is turned on, the scope constantly buffers footage in its internal memory. The moment the scope senses the physical recoil of your rifle, it automatically saves a video clip containing the seconds leading up to the shot, the moment of impact, and the immediate aftermath, storing it directly onto the internal 64GB storage.

Can I review my photos and videos directly on the scope?

Yes. The ACE L35 includes a built in Gallery feature. Unlike older thermal systems that require you to download files to a computer or phone just to see what you recorded, this scope allows you to playback videos and view captured photos directly through the AMOLED display while still out in the field.

How do I connect the scope to my smartphone or tablet?

The scope features an integrated Wi-Fi module that allows it to sync directly with the official NocPix mobile application. Once connected, you can stream the live thermal view straight to your phone's screen, adjust core settings remotely, and wirelessly download your media files to share them or back them up.

How do I mount the NocPix ACE L35 to my rifle?

The ACE L35 was intentionally designed with a sleek, streamlined body shaped like a traditional day optic. Because it utilizes a standard 30mm main tube chassis, it is highly versatile and can be easily mounted to bolt action or semi automatic rifles using standard 30mm scope rings or Quick-Detach (QD) mounts.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT  and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.
