Can I use this bucket as a cool box to keep drinks or bait cold?

No. It’s a very common misconception because YETI is famous for its insulation, but the LoadOut Bucket is not insulated. It will not keep your ice frozen or your drinks cold. If you need something specifically for keeping ice or drinks cold on the boat or at a BBQ, you'll want to look at the YETI Tank 45 Ice Bucket or their traditional cool boxes instead.

Is the plastic safe to use for food, animal feed, or homebrewing?

Yes, absolutely. The bucket is made from food-safe, high density polyethylene (HDPE). This makes it perfect for food related tasks like brining a turkey for Sunday roast, mixing up homebrew beer, holding caught fish, or storing dog food and livestock feed without any risk of nasty chemicals leaching into the contents.

If I stack multiple buckets together, do they get stuck?

Unlike cheap, conventional builder's buckets, YETI buckets are designed to prevent the vacuum seal lock that happens when they are nested. Condensation and air pressure won't build up between them, so even if you stack four or five together in the back of your van or garage, they will pull apart seamlessly every time.

What accessories can I buy to upgrade the bucket, and do they come with it?

All accessories are sold separately. If you want to expand the bucket's utility, YETI offers a few purpose built additions:

Can it be securely strapped down into a truck bed or onto a boat?

Yes. The bucket features built in AnchorPoint™ Tie Down Slots on the sides. These slots allow you to run standard cam straps or bungee cords through the sides of the bucket so you can secure it tightly to the back of a quad bike, a truck bed, or a boat deck without crushing the bucket or slipping out of position.

Does it come with a warranty in the UK?

Yes, the YETI LoadOut Bucket comes with a 5 year limited warranty. It is built with high-impact, UV resistant plastic designed not to crack, bow, or fade under the British weather, but you are fully covered by YETI UK against manufacturing defects for five years from your purchase date.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT  and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.

• Please be advised that we have now introduced DPD Pins to all DPD orders from Optics Warehouse.
• If your shipment is being sent from Optics Warehouse via DPD you will be sent a Pin Code that must be shown to the courier upon delivery.
• The pincode is sent VIA email & TEXT message. A valid email address and mobile number must be provided at checkout. Emails will be sent from "Riviera House 3PL" - if you do not receive this email please check your junk or spam folders.
