Can I use the Vista H50R comfortably while walking or on the move?

Yes. Traditional thermal monoculars often require you to stand perfectly still to avoid a distorted or jarring image. The Vista H50R is designed with an expanded 8mm exit pupil diameter. This wider viewing window means you can maintain a full, clear, and stable image even while panning or slowly walking through the field.

Does the integrated Laser Rangefinder (LRF) make the device bulky or awkward to hold?

No. Nocpix utilizes a 2 in 1 integrated design where the LRF is seamlessly built into the optical axis of the main housing. This eliminates the large, blocky external laser boxes found on older thermal units. The result is a streamlined, well balanced, and compact monocular that retains full ergonomics without sacrificing its 1,200-meter ranging capabilities.

How does the 60Hz frame rate benefit me compared to older 50Hz devices?

The upgrade to a 60Hz frame rate provides significantly smoother motion capture. When you are tracking fast moving animals or rapidly panning across a landscape, a higher refresh rate eliminates ghosting, lagging, and choppy visuals, giving you a fluid and lifelike viewing experience.

Will the display screen or button clicks give away my position to wildlife at night?

No, the device is built with stealth in mind. It features a rotatable, form fitting eye mask designed to block any light leakage from the AMOLED display from reflecting onto your face. Additionally, the control buttons are designed to operate completely silently, preventing any audible clicking sounds from alerting animals in quiet environments.

How well does the battery hold up in freezing winter weather?

The Vista H50R is highly optimized for cold weather. It comes with two replaceable battery packs that offer a combined total of up to 11 hours of battery life. Crucially, the internal battery architecture is designed to retain 90% of its operational efficiency even in extreme sub zero conditions down to -20°C.

What features are included to prevent eye strain during long nights of scouting?

Staring at a bright thermal screen for hours can cause intense visual fatigue. To combat this, the Vista H50R offers 7 distinct color palettes. This includes specialized, eye friendly options like pure green and red monochrome modes, which are much gentler on the eyes and help preserve your natural night vision during extended use.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT  and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.
