• How do I actually apply the lube to my pellets? The most effective way is to add just a few drops (usually 1–4) into a fresh tin of pellets. Close the lid and gently tumble or rotate the tin for a minute to ensure even coverage. You don't want the pellets dripping; they should just have a very light, almost invisible sheen. This can also be achieved by gently tipping the pellets into a small bag putting a few drops in and gently moving them around. Some people will also before this step wash, dry and weight the pellets. 
• Will using this lube cause "dieseling" in my spring-piston rifle? No. Unlike standard mineral oils or WD40, Napier Power Pellet Lube is specifically formulated with a high flash point. It is designed to be safe for use in airguns and will not cause the dangerous combustion (dieseling) that can damage seals and springs.
• Does it work for all types of airguns, including CO2 and PCP? Yes, it is highly effective across all platforms. Whether you use a Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP), a break-barrel springer, or a CO2-powered pistol, the lube helps with pellet stabilization and barrel protection regardless of the power source.
• Do I need to clean my barrel before I start using it? For the best results, yes. It is recommended to pull a few cleaning patches through your barrel to remove old lead buildup and oils. Once the barrel is clean, the lube can begin "conditioning" the metal surface, creating a protective layer that makes future cleaning much easier.
• Can I use this on pellets of any caliber? Absolutely. Whether you shoot .177, .22, or .25, the chemical properties of the lube remain the same. It works by reacting with the lead of the pellet and the steel of the barrel, so the size of the projectile doesn't matter.
• Will it make my pellets messy to handle with my fingers? If applied correctly, you should hardly notice it’s there. Because you only use a tiny amount per tin, the pellets shouldn't feel greasy or sticky. It dries to a very thin film that won't leave a heavy residue on your hands while loading.
• How often do I need to re-apply it? You only need to lube the pellets once. A single application to a tin will last until you’ve fired every pellet. Because the lube also coats the inside of your barrel as you shoot, the protective benefits continue to build up over time.
• Is this just for competition shooters, or will a casual hunter see a difference? While pros love it for the tight groupings, hunters benefit significantly from the increased "cleanliness" of the shot. It helps maintain velocity and accuracy in the field where temperature changes and moisture can otherwise affect a dry barrel.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT  and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.

• Please be advised that we have now introduced DPD Pins to all DPD orders from Optics Warehouse.
• If your shipment is being sent from Optics Warehouse via DPD you will be sent a Pin Code that must be shown to the courier upon delivery.
• The pincode is sent VIA email & TEXT message. A valid email address and mobile number must be provided at checkout. Emails will be sent from "Riviera House 3PL" - if you do not receive this email please check your junk or spam folders.
• Please note that if you do not display your pin code to the courier driver upon delivery, you will not be able to have your item and you may need to schedule another delivery date to show a valid pin.
