1. Can I use this cleaner on my airgun? Yes! Napier Gun Cleaner & Lubricant is specifically formulated to be safe and effective for all types of airguns, as well as shotguns and rifles. It is designed to clean and protect without damaging sensitive internal components.

2. Is this product safe for wooden stocks? Absolutely. Unlike many harsh solvents, this formula is safe to use on all types of woodwork, including oil and urethane finishes. It will not damage or lift the finish of your gun’s stock, making it an ideal "all in one" maintenance solution.

3. What is the difference between the Aerosol and the Pump Spray? Both versions contain the same high quality cleaner and lubricant. The Aerosol is excellent for blasting away debris and reaching deep into the action with pressure. The Pump Spray is a non-pressurized, environmentally friendly option that is more compact for your range bag and allows for a more controlled application without "overspray."

4. Will this product degrease my gun's action? No. One of the primary benefits of this formula is that it cleans and removes fouling without completely stripping away essential lubrication. It leaves behind a micro film of Napier Gun Oil to ensure your moving parts remain protected and smooth.

5. How does it protect against rust and corrosion? This cleaner incorporates Napier’s famous VP90 corrosion inhibitor. This technology creates a protective barrier that defends against moisture and finger marks, preventing rust from forming even in the most inaccessible parts of the gun.

6. Can I use this on synthetic or composite parts? Yes, the formula is modern and much less aggressive than traditional cleaners. It is safe for use on synthetic stocks, composite materials, and modern finishes found on many tactical or outdoor-focused firearms and airguns.

7. Do I need to apply a separate oil after using this cleaner? Because this is a 2 in 1 product, it leaves a protective film of oil behind as you clean. For regular maintenance and storage, this is often all you need. However, for high friction areas like ejectors or bolts, you may still choose to apply a tiny amount of dedicated gun grease or oil.

8. How should I apply the product for the best results? For the exterior, spray a small amount onto a soft cloth (like an Ultrasoft cloth) and wipe down the metalwork to remove fingerprints and salts. For the bore, spray into the barrel and use a cleaning patch or pull through to remove fouling and leave a protective coating inside.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.

If your shipment is being sent from Optics Warehouse via DPD you will be sent a Pin Code that must be shown to the courier upon delivery.
