Is this suitable for both daytime and night-time shooting?
Yes. The A50PL is a true digital day and night scope with dedicated Day, Night and Auto modes. It delivers full-colour daytime performance and enhanced low-light capability at dusk and in darkness using HIKMICRO’s Light Pro algorithm.

Does it have a built-in laser rangefinder?
Yes. It features an integrated 1200m laser rangefinder with ±1 metre accuracy, allowing you to measure distance quickly and accurately without additional equipment.

Does it calculate holdover or ballistics?
Yes. The scope includes built-in ballistic calculation, helping you translate rangefinder data into accurate shot placement.

What magnification range does it offer?
The A50PL provides 4x to 24x magnification with smooth 0.1x step digital zoom, giving flexibility for both close woodland work and longer-range shooting.

Can I record my shots?
Yes. It supports on-board 1080p video recording with audio, recoil-activated recording and snapshot capture. All footage is stored on the built-in 64GB memory.

How long does the battery last?
You can expect up to 7 hours of continuous use under standard conditions. It uses a hybrid system with internal rechargeable batteries and a replaceable 18650 external battery for extended runtime.

Is it durable enough for larger calibres?
Yes. It is rated to withstand recoil up to 1000g/0.4ms and features a rugged IP67 waterproof construction, making it suitable for demanding field conditions.

How is it mounted?
The scope features a standard 30mm tube, meaning it fits conventional 30mm scope rings.

Is it difficult to zero?
No. It includes freeze zeroing and allows you to store up to five zeroing profiles, ideal if you use multiple rifles or different loads.

How well does it perform in low light compared to other digital scopes?
The Light Pro algorithm significantly improves clarity and brightness at dusk and night, giving it strong low-light performance compared to standard digital optics.

Can I transfer videos to my phone?
Yes. The built-in hotspot function allows wireless connection for file transfer and viewing on compatible devices.

COURIERS

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT  and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.

IN-STORE ITEMS

These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES

In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.
