The Falcon Optics X60i Ultra X60iA 10-60x56i ED SFP IR ECDi is the pinnacle of precision optics, developed in the UK and hand-built in Japan for serious competitive shooters. This 4th generation scope features a stunning 10-60x magnification range and an extra-low dispersion (ED) glass system, delivering razor-sharp resolution and clarity in even the most demanding light conditions. Designed specifically for benchrest, long-range, and field target shooting, it boasts a robust single-piece 34mm tube that provides exceptional durability and internal adjustment range.

At the heart of this optic lies the E-CDi (Enhanced Competition Dot) reticle, a fine, red-illuminated floating dot reticle in the second focal plane, ideal for pinpoint target acquisition. With 11-step illumination and "off" positions between each setting, it provides optimal visibility control for varying light conditions. The reticle is MOA-calibrated at 15x, 30x, and 60x, ensuring precision at any magnification.

The snap focus cam system allows fast, consistent ranging with a side parallax adjustment from just 8 metres to infinity, even at full magnification. The oversized elevation turret features massive laser-etched MOA markings and a zero-stop mechanism, offering over 70 MOA of travel and 0.125 MOA click adjustments, allowing for rapid and precise dialling in competition settings. A capped windage turret offers a clean profile for "set and forget" use, with the option to remove the cap for tactile adjustments.

Constructed with field-ready reliability in mind, the X60i Ultra is nitrogen purged, waterproof, fogproof, and recoil-tested to withstand calibres up to .50 BMG and spring-piston air rifles when properly mounted. Supplied with essential accessories including flip-up lens covers, a sunshade, and a throw lever, it’s ready for the range straight out of the box.

What disciplines is this scope suited for?
This scope has been purpose-built with competition shooting in mind, including (but not limited to) Benchrest, Field Target, and Long-Range Precision. Its fine reticle and ED glass make it exceptionally well suited to precision target work at extended distances.

How fine is the reticle?
The reticle features an illuminated floating centre dot that sits comfortably within a 2mm bullseye at 25 metres, allowing for extremely precise aiming.

Is this scope a step up from the previous Falcon X50?
Yes, this model is a definite upgrade over the X50. The reticle is better suited for shooting at multiple disciplines and now includes an illuminated centre dot. The 34mm tube provides significantly greater adjustment range, while the ED glass delivers a noticeably brighter and clearer image.

Does this scope have a responsive (snappy) parallax?
Yes, the parallax adjustment is very responsive, making it ideal for Field Target shooting. At high magnification, the parallax can be used to help accurately determine target distance.

What recoil levels is this scope rated for?
This scope has been tested and proven to withstand heavy recoil, including rifles chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum and .50 BMG.

Can this scope be used on spring-powered air rifles?
Yes. We understand the concern due to the unique double-recoil produced by spring air rifles, and we can confirm that this scope is rated for use on recoiling air rifles.
