Will the supplied mounts fit a dovetail rail?
No. The unit is supplied with 0 MOA and 20 MOA Picatinny mounts only. If you need to fit it to a dovetail rail (for example, on a rimfire rifle), you’ll need a direct-fit dovetail-to-Picatinny rail adaptor. An option is the Eagle Vision Picatinny to 11mm x 80mm Rail Adapter Converter. For BSA rifles, you would require the 13mm version of the adaptor.

What IR is supplied with the TNC335R?
The unit comes fitted with an 850nm IR illuminator, and this cannot be swapped at the point of purchase. If you require the 940nm module, this can be purchased separately as an accessory. Link below.

What is the battery life?
You can expect approximately 3–5 hours of runtime per battery, depending on usage and settings.
Does this unit have PIP (Picture-in-Picture)?
Yes, the unit features PIP functionality. It can be used in any combination of Thermal and Digital Day/Night modes.
What batteries does this unit use?
The unit uses flat-top 21700 batteries.
What should I do if the screen turns red or blue?
This is usually caused by poor battery cap contact. Ensure the battery cap is securely tightened and that the internal threads are clean and free from debris.
Why aren’t the reticles aligned?
It is normal for thermal and night vision reticles to appear slightly misaligned at distances other than your zeroed range. This does not affect ballistic calculations.
How easy is this unit to zero?
The unit is straightforward to zero. Both channels must be zeroed. Most users perform a one-shot zero using the night vision channel first. Then, in thermal mode, align the thermal reticle to the same reference point (such as a heat pack) without firing an additional shot.

We use DPD , RoyalMail, TNT and UPS courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. We are unable to add delivery notes to your order regarding safe spaces or neighbour deliveries. If you require this service it can be arranged directly with the courier once the parcel is in their network.
IN-STORE ITEMS
These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during busy periods dispatch may be delayed by a day or so. PRE-ORDER ITEMS
These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Optics Warehouse depending on the product lead time.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES
In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Optics Warehouse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.
