Not had the pleasure of looking through anything in the upper bands of LVPOs (£1k range), however compared to similar price point "off-brand" ones you typically find on airsoft fields, without question this easily knocks all of them out of the park.

- Very little distortion at 1x, image and reticle are clear all the way through with very slight blurring on the edges. Slight decline in quality towards the 6-8x range, regarding the image, but still perfectly usuable (really isn't bad at all). Reticle is incredibly clear (can read the numbers from 4x up, KL lines are readable from 3x up).

- Read complaints online stating the reticle is hard to see at 1x... I might agree in very specific instances with zero reticle illumination, however as soon as you turn it on it really is quite visible. I haven't tested on the brightest day whilst staring at a white wall, but you really couldn't ask for more. The outer reticle also provides a very good indication of where the center of the reticle is, not sure how people struggle with it.

- Very sturdy build quality, the throw lever is solid albiet a bit stiff. Diopter is even stiffer, though a good thing as ideally you want to set this and leave it to your liking. Elevation and Windage turrets are very solid, almost zero play in them with very haptic adjustments. Illumination adjustment is a little stiff but not difficult to turn, plenty of adjustability and even 2 nightvision settings. Very bright at level 9.

- Its FFP, I've not found another FFP LVPO that ticks all the boxes this does for a similar price.

- Not noticing any major light reduction through the scope. Currently 5 PM at the end of January and I can still see my "target", though not far off being too difficult to see.

The only thing I see in this that would genuinely cause people issues is the eye box. It's a £300 LVPO. Even saying that, the eye box is still easily workable and only took me 10 minutes of playing with it to be able to bring it up to my eye (in my hands, not mounted) to be able to find the reticle nearly instantly. I can only imaging once it's mounted, with a good cheek weld, that it should be no problem at all. Sure, 8x is a different story, but at the ranges 8x is required you should be in a well braced position anyway!

Honestly, it's well worth the money to me. Blows the typical £200 SFP LVPOs right out of the water, definitely worth the extra cost whilst ticking enough of the boxes to be a worthy option over the £600+ optics as well.
