Hawke Vantage HD 34 3-15x44 FFP IR Mil Pro II (15x) 0.1MRAD 34mm Rifle Scope
The Hawke Vantage HD 34 3-15x44 FFP IR is a versatile rifle scope built for precise target and tactical shooting. Its first focal plane Mil Pro II reticle keeps holdovers accurate at every magnification, while the 0.1 MRAD exposed turrets, Zero-Stop elevation and locking windage allow fast, confident adjustment. With 11 layer fully multi-coated lenses, red and green illumination, side focus from 10 yards to infinity and a robust 34mm monotube chassis, it delivers dependable performance in demanding conditions.
The Hawke Vantage HD 34 3-15x44 FFP IR Mil Pro II is a serious rifle scope built for shooters who want first focal plane precision, dependable tracking and strong optical performance without stepping into an extreme price bracket. Built around Hawke’s H2 optical system and a rugged 34mm monotube chassis, it is designed to suit tactical shooting, target work and recreational long-range use alike. The 3-15x magnification range makes it versatile enough for closer engagements while still offering the reach needed for precise shot placement at distance.
Optically, this scope delivers a bright, clear image thanks to its 11 layer fully multi-coated lenses, with a notably wide field of view ranging from 40.9ft to 8.2ft at 100 yards. The generous 4 inch eye relief adds comfort and confidence behind the rifle, especially on harder recoiling calibres, while the 44mm objective lens helps maintain strong light transmission across a wide range of shooting conditions. Side focus allows parallax correction from 10 yards to infinity, making the scope equally at home on shorter-range targets and extended-distance shooting.
A standout feature is the FFP Mil Pro II reticle, which scales correctly through the magnification range so your holdovers remain accurate at any power. The reticle is intelligently laid out with 1 Mil, 0.5 Mil, 0.2 Mil and 0.1 Mil references for ranging and hold corrections, while the half-Mil structure out to 10 Mil of holdover gives plenty of usable information for precise shooting. The see-through centre cross keeps the target clear, and the hollow outer posts help the reticle remain visible across all magnifications without feeling overly intrusive.
Mechanically, the Vantage HD 34 is built to give shooters confident adjustment on the rifle. It features a 0.1 MRAD click value, a Zero-Stop exposed resettable elevation turret, and exposed locking resettable windage, with up to 44 MRAD of adjustment available in both elevation and windage. The red and green illuminated reticle with 5 brightness levels is controlled via a stepped rheostat, offering quick visibility adjustment in changing light. Hawke also includes a removable XL zoom throw lever, which makes magnification changes faster and easier, particularly when shooting under pressure or with gloves on.
The scope is also built to handle real field use, being nitrogen purged, shockproof, waterproof and fog proof, and it is all calibre rated for added peace of mind. At 336mm long and 908g in weight, it has the presence and durability expected of a serious FFP optic, while still remaining practical for a wide variety of rifle setups. Supplied with lens covers, lens cloth, hex key, CR2032 battery, zoom throw lever, instruction manual and box, and backed by the Hawke No-Fault Lifetime Warranty, this is a strong all-round option for shooters wanting modern features, reliable adjustment and genuine value in a capable 34mm platform.
