Returns & Refunds
To ensure an efficient and prompt response to your returns process, we recommend creating an account before completing a returns request on this page. We will not send any advertising material unless you sign up to our newsletter.
If you are having issues with one of the following brands still under warranty, please see the 'Returns Policy' section under the returns form for information on returning items directly to our supplier: IRAY, Ridgeline, Nikko Stirling, Nomad, GRS, MDT ORYX, Zerotech, SIG, Hawke, Vortex, Reed - Brittania Rails, Dolphin, Alaska Guide, Edge, and Longshot.
RETURNING AN ITEM
To return your item(s) please follow the steps below:
- Complete our OPW Returns Form (below) providing as much information as possible.
- Print your email copy and include it with your item(s) along with your original receipt, packaging, and any accessories that belong to the item(s) you're returning.
- Send your item(s) to the address below. We recommend using recorded, signed-for delivery.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION!
Simply send your item once you have completed the OPW Returns Form. We will then be in touch with an outcome upon assessment.

Please Note: Only send back the faulty/unwanted item(s) with original accessories. Do not send back added accessories; these must be returned at the customer's expense. If goods or packaging are not in a re-saleable state, we may decline your exchange/refund request.
If goods are found to be non-faulty, return postage is to be covered by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all barcode tags intact within 14 days of receipt. Please complete the OPW Returns Form before returning any items. Postage to Optics Warehouse is covered by the customer. Items must be in a re-saleable condition.
If the warranty is over 12 months since your purchase from OPW, return the item directly to Highland Outdoors.

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT
Exchanges are normally processed within 7 days, up to 14 days in busy periods. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Postage to and from Optics Warehouse is covered by the customer. Replacement goods will be sent to the original shipping address unless notified otherwise.
REFUNDS
Please Note: Foreign currency refunds are subject to your card or PayPal provider's exchange rates and charges. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. Returned items remain your responsibility until received.
FAULTY GOODS
Please Note: Return postage is covered by the customer if goods are found non-faulty. Faulty items will be replaced free of charge. Warranty is up to one year. Return items suitably packaged with proof of purchase and OPW Returns Form. Faulty footwear must be cleaned of mud prior to return. Cost of returning items for repair/replacement is not covered by warranty.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day period to cancel your order for a full refund, including standard delivery cost.
- The 14 days start the day after receiving your order.
- Refunds for delivery costs apply only to standard delivery; faster options are not refundable beyond standard costs.
- Written confirmation of cancellation is required via contact options or Withdrawal Form.
- If items have been received, return the items and submit the completed Withdrawal Form.
- Returned items must be unworn and in original condition; original tags must remain. Packaging need not be original but must protect the items during return. Unsuitable packaging may result in non-refund.
