WE ARE STILL PROCESSING ORDERS
We would like to provide you with the latest news regarding how Covid-19 is affecting the operations of Optics Warehouse and what it means for you.
Firstly, we have been following the Corona Virus outbreak daily, following and adhering to the latest government advice at all times. The welfare of our employees, customers and anyone else who plays a part in our operations is of key importance and as so, from midnight (24/03/20) Optics Warehouse is now operating with a skeleton crew until further notice.
The Optics Warehouse store is now closed to all members of the public.
A maximum of only two employees will be dispatching orders from the Optics Warehouse HQ.
Optics Warehouse will strive to maintain its highest level of customer service. Please be mindful that whilst running on a skeleton crew, some things may take longer than normal. We are reliant on delivery partners who are overrun at this moment in time.
Non-essential staff are working from home; sending invoices using PayPal’s Virtual Terminal System and contacting customers through a business telephone system. All systems are secure and fully PCI compliant.
OPTICS WAREHOUSE PHONE LINES ARE CLOSED!
Some of our suppliers have closed and ceased operations for the foreseeable future. This will affect back order times on specific items.
Optics Warehouse is working in a sanitised working environment, and as previously mentioned, we are adhering to government advice at all times.
Our aim is to continue providing as normal a service as we can during this time of difficulty.

We are still processing orders and yes, they are still making their way to your front door!
UK Mainland - 3-5 Working Days
UK Offshore and Europe - 5-10 Working Days
Worldwide - 10-20 Working Days
However, we are reliant on both our suppliers and delivery drivers who are working non-stop around the clock during these chaotic times, whilst doing their utmost to ensure items are delivered on time. Please bear in mind that due to the high demand delivery times maybe a little longer.

RETURNING AN ITEM
Any items returned to Optics Warehouse will be quarantined for a time period of 14 days advised by the WHO.
Replacement parts may take some time to arrive at our warehouse due to closures and restricted operating services.
As so, this will result in a delay in processing any returns. We, therefore, ask that prior to returning your item, you contact our Sales Team (see Phone Lines below) so that we can try and troubleshoot your issue, or find a solution before the product is returned to ensure it is dealt with swiftly.
Our goal is to ensure your returned item is dealt with as quickly as possible whilst doing so in a process that adheres to government Covid-19 advice.
