Brand new to the High Power series is the Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 PM II High Power.
The new Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 PM II High Power telescopic sight has 9-fold zoom and an upper magnification of 45x making it the perfect telescopic sight for the ultra-long-range marksman.
The ultra flat elevation turret of the Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 PM II High Power allows the use of a red dot sight for close quarter engagement.
The Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 offers maximum optical brilliance for perfect target recognition at the longest distances.
The development history of the Schmidt & Bender High Power line is almost as unusual as the riflescopes themselves. When the USSOCOM was looking for a new riflescope for shooting at extreme distances, the Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 High Power provided the perfect solution - they wanted a 9x zoom and they got a 9x zoom. The Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 PM II High Power is the latest addition to the High Power line. Apart from the unusual magnification range, the ultra-slim and functional turrets are the main feature of this giant among long range riflescopes.
The Schmidt & Bender 5-45x56 comes installed with a first focal plane reticle with the new brand new ultra low profile turrets which can be either been fitted with 1/4 moa or .1 Mrad MTC double turn locking turrets.
We really like these turrets for accessing the adjustment range available to the user of 270cm at 100m or 66 MOA at 100m.
