With competitive benchrest shooting at the forefront of its design, the Vector Sentinel-X 10-40x50 has all the attributes of a winning benchrest optic. Packed with features indicative of higher-end optics, the Vector Sentinel combines value with performance – a suitable entry-level scope for benchrest enthusiasts.

It’s high magnification range promises to deliver a sharp image – easily adjusted by the side-focus dial. Uniquely, the Sentinel’s reticle matches perfectly to the standard size of a world standard benchrest target when on 40x magnification.

An extended parallax range of 10 yards to infinity makes the Vector Sentinal compatible for LR, XLR and similar precision disciplines such as Benchrest Air Rifle and Benchrest Rimfire.

Target style turrets offer 1/8 MOA adjustments for precise zeroing, showcasing zero-lock turrets.

Its fine COM-25M reticle, with floating dot performs best when used at well-lit ranges or in brighter weather conditions where light transmission is high. Mil dot and half-mil dot hash markings provide an accurate scale for windage compensation and hold-under or hold-over.

In the box, this feature-rich target scope also comes with a set of picatinny mounts, supported by Vectors 5-year warranty.

Is the Vector Sentinel-X suitable for benchrest shooting?

Yes. The Sentinel-X 10–40x50 is specifically designed for competitive benchrest disciplines, including 25-metre Benchrest Air Rifle and Benchrest Rimfire shooting. Its high magnification, fine COM-25M reticle, and precise 1/8 MOA adjustments make it ideal for benchrest use.

What makes the COM-25M reticle special?

The etched-glass COM-25M reticle is custom-designed exclusively for 25-metre benchrest target shooting. When set to 40x magnification, the 1.5 mm floating centre dot perfectly matches the standard 2 mm bullseye of a world-standard benchrest target.

Does the scope include illumination?

No. The Sentinel-X is a non-illuminated optic, designed to perform best in bright conditions where light transmission is high.

What should I do if I hear a rattle inside the elevation turret?

A slight rattle is normal and indicates that the zero-stop is not yet set. Simply set the zero-stop, and the rattle will disappear.

How much adjustment do the turrets provide?

The target-style turrets offer precise 1/8 MOA click adjustments with 50 MOA elevation and windage ranges. They also feature a zero-lock system for secure repeatability.

What is the parallax adjustment range?

Q: Is the Vector Sentinel-X 10-40x50 suitable for Centrefire rifles (.308) or is it Airgun only?

A:Yes, this product is approved for use with centerfire firearms. It meets the necessary standards to ensure safe and reliable performance with centerfire calibers.

Q: how do I reset zero on the Vector Sentinel - x 10-40 x 50 sfp. I have removed turret but the mechanism looks the same as the windage dial.

as with all scopes, Vector use a proprietary thread on their scopes and so we cannot advise on this.
