The Pulsar Trail 3 XQ50 Compact Thermal Rifle Scope with LRF represents Pulsar’s next generation of compact thermal riflescopes, delivering professional-grade performance in a surprisingly streamlined body. Built around a 384×288, 17µm thermal sensor with <15mK sNETD and a 50 mm f1.0 germanium objective lens, it excels at detecting subtle heat signatures through foliage and difficult terrain, offering a detection range of up to 1,800 metres despite its compact footprint.

Designed for consistent performance in challenging conditions, the Trail 3 XQ50 produces a crisp, high-contrast image even in fog, rain and high humidity. Thermal imagery is displayed on a Full-HD 1920×1080 AMOLED screen, delivering exceptional clarity and detail. A built-in proximity sensor automatically switches the display off when the scope is lowered, reducing light bleed in the field while preserving battery life.

A key advantage of this model is the integrated laser rangefinder, capable of measuring distances up to 1,200 metres with ±1 metre accuracy. This provides immediate confidence when judging range and enables advanced ballistic solutions when paired with the Stream Vision Ballistics app, allowing precise trajectory correction and rifle-specific profiles without lengthy setup.

Accuracy is further enhanced by the Picture-in-Picture mode, which places a magnified aiming window at the centre of the display while maintaining full situational awareness.
