An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced eCommerce Specialist/Manager to join the team and play a key role in adding to the continued success and growth of Optics Warehouse. You will be fully accountable for driving the online sales and working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will identify new opportunities to drive digital performance and growth. You will be an expert in eCommerce, have an understanding of web development, be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about digital.
Leading, managing and motivating the e-commerce team.
Responsible for day-to-day management of Magento website - including inventory and merchandising and a view to maximise overall conversion rate.
Working alongside web development agencies and using your own understanding to manage website developments, core updates and solve any problems and issues.
Keeping up to date with the latest eCommerce technology and functionality.
Help develop strategies to improve the online user experience.
Fully managing the company website with a view to maximizing overall conversion rate.
Understand, monitor and manage the company’s stock system (Khaos Control), and deal with any issues.
Analysis and reporting - developing regular insightful analysing and reports.
Communicate new solutions and monitor return on investment.
2+ years eCommerce (Magento preferred) and digital customer experience.
A positive attitude and collaborative approach.
Excellent management skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator.
B2B & B2C ecommerce
Experience in multi-channel selling; amazon, ebay, social marketplaces
Define and report to board-level on KPIs and trends
Define conversion funnels and strategise how to constantly improve
Identify, test and exploit untapped growth potential in the catalogue
Passion for new and emerging technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
DEADLINE: 1st July 2021
